Buying a home is probably the most expensive purchase you will ever make.  This is no time to shop for a cheap inspection.  The cost of a home inspection is very small relative to the purchase price of the home being inspected.  I am determined to perform inspections of the upmost quality, with integrity.  For a buyer, I make sure that they know and understand every fact about the property that they are purchasing.  For sellers, I will provide a report that gives 100% full disclosure, with no worries of a buyer coming back and questioning anything regarding the property. 

I understand that purchasing property requires a HUGE investment.  Everyone involved needs to know every aspect of the property.  I take pride in providing home inspections in Louisiana for the following cities: 

Lake Charles, Sulphur, Westlake, Vinton, Cameron, Jennings, Lake Arthur, Deridder, and surrounding areas.
 

I am dedicated to representing only my client, and I will always act in good faith toward the client.  I avoid all conflicts of interest by making home inspections my only business.  I am not affiliated with any real estate agency or home repair business, I will not accept any compensation for my services from anyone other than my clients, and the inspection will not be used as a vehicle to solicit or obtain work in another field of business.  The information in my home inspection report will be confidential and not disclosed to any other party without the approval of the client. Once the home inspection report is completed, should you have any questions, you are encouraged to contact me and I will do whatever it takes to insure that your questions are answered completely.
